The National Ice Cream Mix Association (NICMA), established in 1945, is a nonprofit trade association representing the manufacturing ice cream mix, soft serve frozen dessert mix and shake mix industry. NICMA represents member companies across the United States who share a common interest in the soft serve mix industry and uses its resources to foster and promote the general interests of its membership and the soft serve mix industry. NICMA’s Annual Meeting & Convention is held every January in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It offers members and non-members the opportunity to network with others who share a common interest in supporting the ice cream mix industry. Industry speakers share their knowledge and expertise on topics that are current and relevant to the ice cream mix industry, including economic, legislative, and regulatory issues.
