Grace Moeller
Manager, Sustainability Initiatives
Grace Moeller joined the NMPF staff in March 2026 as the FARM Program’s Manager of Sustainability Initiatives. In this role, she leads implementation of the FARM Environmental Stewardship and Workforce Development pillars, supporting evaluators and advancing program resources, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Moeller brings a strong multi-species background in animal science, with experience in dairy, swine, and beef systems. Prior to joining NMPF, she was a Dairy Specialist with Eocene Environmental Group, where she conducted greenhouse gas (GHG) assessments and provided technical assistance to farmers, helping identify on-farm opportunities to reduce emissions.
She earned her M.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University and her B.S. in Zoology, with a minor in Dairy Science, from The Ohio State University. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Animal Science at Iowa State University. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Moeller now resides in Maryland, where she enjoys baking, paddleboarding, caring for her extensive houseplant collection, and playing with her dog, Angus.
