National Dairy Producers Conference
Come join us April 7 - 9 in Indianapolis, IN at the 2013 National Dairy Producers Conference (NDPC). The NDPC provides an unmatched opportunity for key players in the dairy industry to listen, learn, and lead. No other meeting offers the same breadth of topics and sessions, all of which examine the key challenges and opportunities facing dairy farmers and marketers. The emphasis for all is on frank discussion, with plenty of opportunities for interaction.
Who Should Attend?
Dairy producers, dairy cooperative executives and directors, processors, suppliers and consultants to the dairy industry, state and federal regulators, promotion organization executives, and academics are all encouraged to attend the NDPC.
Program

The NDPC will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Indianapolis, IN. The hotel guest room rate is $179 per night plus taxes. The room block at the group rate is available from Saturday, April 6 through Tuesday, April 9. The hotel’s cut-off date for discounted room reservations is Thursday, March 14. After that date, the room rate will be confirmed on a space and rate-available basis.

Airport Transportation: The Hyatt Regency does not offer shuttle service to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside Baggage Claim. Fares are approximately $30 to downtown Indianapolis. The shuttle service from the airport to downtown Indianapolis is called GO Green Express Travel. The fare for service is $10.00 one-way. For further information and reservations, call 1-800-589-6004. The major car rental companies are also available at the airport.
Please note that parking at the hotel is expensive because of all of the sports
teams and stadiums downtown. The cost for valet parking is $30 per day; self-parking costs $22 per day with no in/out privileges.

Conference Attire: Attire for the NDPC is business casual.
Registration
Participants are encouraged to secure their farm tour spot, meeting registration, and hotel reservation online at www.registration123.com/NMPF/2013NDPC. However, to register by mail or fax, please complete and return the registration form with payment to the National Dairy Producers Conference.
The registration fees to attend the 2013 NDPC are as follows:
- Registration - $495
- Spouse/Guest Fee - $350
- Farm and Industry Tour (Optional) - $125
Registration costs include programming, Sunday reception and dinner, Monday breakfast and lunch, and Tuesday breakfast.
Cancellations will be accepted through March 18, 2013. Refund requests must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to National Dairy Producers Conference, c/o National Milk Producers Federation. Refunds will not be made after March 18.
