Executive Vice President
Tom Balmer serves as Executive Vice President of NMPF. His primary responsibilities include the general management of all NMPF administrative and operational functions, including finance and accounting services, human resources, facilities and contract services. He is also a member of the senior management team overseeing the Cooperatives Working Together (CWT) program operated by NMPF since 2003.
Balmer joined NMPF in 1997 following 13 years of service at the International Dairy Foods Association. Having spent much of his career in scientific and regulatory affairs, he has also served as the Executive Director of the American Butter Institute, the National Ice Cream Mix Association. A native Pennsylvanian, Balmer has a B.S. in Food Science and a M.S. in Agricultural Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.< Back
