Letter to FDA on Standards
A letter was sent to FDA on regarding amending standards for ice cream and frozen custard, sherbet and Water ices. With regard to Federal Standards of Identity for dairy foods, NMPF believes it is vital that the interests of the affected industry be balanced in accord with the interests of the consuming public.
